Markdown not rendered in project list description (OD-2558)

This is by design. The project list intends to display a short and compact description. Format the markdown may break the layout.

Then the markdown should at least be stripped, or a separate "short description" should be added, since the user has no control over what part of the description is actually displayed in the project list.

Showing the raw markdown symbols makes it harder to read, and less compact. It's also not very accessible.

Future version will use plain text for project description instead of markdown.
