【Question】Force Push refresh commit timestamp in branch view (OD-2506)

onedev version: 11.0.7

steps for reproduction:

expect result： timestamp is not changed，show the commit timestamp correctly，like 'PersonA commited 4 weeks ago'

Robin Shen commented 5 months ago

OneDev shows commit date instead of author date. And commit date will be updated after rebase.
Robin Shen changed state to 'Closed' 5 months ago
