Suggestion: Tooltip/Description for Issue Custom Fields? (OD-2503)

I think it would be useful to have a tooltip for the fields, as even though I created the fields, sometimes I forget what they're for.

For instance, I've got Task, Project, Feature, Bug. I keep thinking "should it be task, or feature?" So having a handy tooltip to say "select this for new tasks", or "for improvement, new features", etc.

Or am I just insane?
