Improve issue and pull request restful api to be able to upload attachment (OD-2489)

Thank you for the project. We are integrating Onedev issues using its API with our internal tools, but I can't seem to find an endpoint for uploading files to issues. Are there any? Also, it is possible to download Onedev endpoints documentations as OpenAPI schema? Thanks, Xander

Please check the new upload attachment endpoint for issues. The returned url can then be used as issue description or comment to reference uploaded attachment.
