CI/CD Step for Setting Issue Fields (OD-2483)

Would be really helpful to be able to use CI/CD to change issue state or assignee.

There is issue state transition rule to change state based on successful run of particular CI/CD job. For instance, OneDev itself change issue state as "Released" when the release job succeeds. Does this work for your scenario?

That could work for the issue state, I need to play with it a bit. What about changing the assignee with CI/CD? Eg. when PR is merged to staging branch, move the task to QA and assign QA user to it.
