When a user with the Project Owner role grants another user the Project Owner role in a project, and the second user logs in and stays on the user authorization page, if the first user then removes the Project Owner role from the second user and saves the change, the second user can still change their own role back to Project Owner from the authorization page. (Changing to other roles will show a failure message, but changing to Project Owner succeeds.)
