publish artifact and sync on s3 (OD-2470)

i want to publish artifact on my s3 , how can i do this !!

OneDev does not have built-in step to publish artifacts to S3. However, you may run arbitrary command inside a command step, so it should be doable to use AWS api or cli to upload files to your S3 bucket.
