Dashboard Timesheet widget breakdown incorrect (OD-2456)

I set up a timesheet widget on the dashboard. When clicking on a specific user's time to view the breakdown of issues, it appears to show all timesheet entries across all projects instead of the selected sum:

I would expect the sum to show a breakdown by issue(and not by individual timesheet entries, multiple entries per issue should be summed)
