Install tod with `go install` fails (OD-2451)

go install code.onedev.io/onedev/tod@latest

fails with

go: code.onedev.io/onedev/tod@latest: unrecognized import path "code.onedev.io/onedev/tod": parse https://code.onedev.io/onedev/tod?go-get=1: no go-import meta tags (meta tag localhost:6610/onedev/tod did not match import path code.onedev.io/onedev/tod)

I assume there's a configuration on your onedev instances side which causes this error. At least there seems to be some kind of configuration on nginx's side.

readme.md:41:        proxy_pass http://localhost:6610/~api/streaming;
