Fuzzy search order by doesn't work anymore (OD-2431)

For example, searching this issue tracker for ~issue~ order by "Last Activity Date", with no specification of direction, with asc, or with desc, returns the same results as if order by was not included.

Searching without ~issue~ correctly orders items.
