Unable to scroll sidebar on touch screen (OD-2393)

If I swipe my finger to scroll down the sidebar nothing happens.

Severely affects usability when using OneDev in bed.

Device: Surface Pro 8

OS: Windows 10

Browsers tested: Zen Browser 1.11.5b, Libre Wolf 136.0-2 and Vivaldi 7.3.3635.11

Do not have a surface pro for testing. But sidebar scrolling works fine on iPhone and iPad.

Can't reproduce on Android with LibreWolf.
