What is the "Assignees Issue Field" (OD-2384)

I just downloaded OneDev. While importing the GitHub repo, it asks for an "Assignees Issue Field," which is empty and does not have any options to select. What is that field?

By default issue assignee in OneDev only allows one user to be assigned. Please switch to sidebar menu Administration / Issue Settings / Custom Fields and edit Assignee to enable the multiple option, then you can select the assignee field here.
