Custom component construction (OD-2368)

When I was developing a component using onedev, I found that using the mvn package Pce zip package in the server product/target directory cannot run on a bare machine. Why is that?Here is my error message

Some port of OneDev is occupied. Maybe you have another OneDev instance running.
