Opening dashboard in code.onedev.io or 11.8.5 raises JavaScript error in Chrome (OD-2360)

Opening https://code.onedev.io/ or my local instance results in this error. The UI is not usable. As a click does not open a menu. There are no problems using the safari browser.

    Tested on several browsers and machines and it works fine at my side. Please clean do a hard refresh (ctrl-f5), or clean the browser cache to see if it works.
