Currently, there does not seem to be a way to view role permissions in the UI for non-admin users. The only descriptive text we have for roles is the name, but this does not do a good job of explaining what all a role can do for the uninitiated user. Additionally, admins can modify the default roles, so there is no guarantee "Code Reader" is the same on every OneDev instance. Having a description field for roles, or having a short bullet list of the features of a role, that show up when selecting a role in project settings/user management, would be very useful.
