Suggested build spec job does not work for poetry projects (OD-2307)

Does this support poetry?

At step "CI/CD Support and Report Analysis" , build error was happened, msg:

The Poetry configuration is invalid: 11:49:58 - The fields ['authors', 'description', 'name', 'version'] are required in package mode. 11:49:58 - Additional properties are not allowed ('requires-poetry' was unexpected)

This bug will be fixed in next patch release. For now, just specify docker image of build and test step as 1dev/poetry:1.0.2
