Stop displaying linked issues infinitely (parent->child->parent->...) (OD-2305)

create a issue link, named Mdup, keep the Asymmetric option disabled
create a issue Mdup-A, and link a issue Mdup-B and Mdup-C
Then go back to issue list page, display the new link Mdup. click a Mdup link, You will see a perpetual cycle.
