Dropdown disappears unexpectedly sometimes (OD-2288)

How to reproduce

1.go to project list
2.click operations
3.select 'Move All Queried Projects To' , project selector display
4.click two or three times in the search input box. Then scroll down and wait for a while， project selector will disappear automatically.
5.If the previous step does not reproduce the issue, continue to repeat the previous operation.

NOTE:
