Was there a change in the time out behaviour in CI queue? (OD-2250)

Hi Robin,

I have a question regarding when a job gets timed out. In previous onedev versions the time when a job was waiting for resources to be availabe for it to run was not counted against the timeout. After an update of onedev it seems like now the time the jobs spends in "pending" is counting against its timeout time. Is this the intended behaviour now and is there a setting how we can get back the old behaviour?

Investigated further, and this is actually changed intentionally, as otherwise build can run infinitely if some resource is not available.
