Kubernetes deployment not working on minikube (OD-2240)

Hello,

I test onedev project from time to time. Today when I deployed on minikube cluster I didn't get any error but onedev server didn't work either. It was supposed to work automatically but I had to go into the container and run it manually. I hope this helps.

Just run a minikube on Ubuntu, and deploy OneDev to it via helm and things work fine. Please let me know detail steps to reproduce.
