Open a PR with code comments, switch to the code comment list and click on a code comment.

Now you are in the file changes view with the code comment on the left being opened. However OneDev does not scroll the referenced code into the viewport (it did so in previous versions of OneDev). If you hit the small button "show commented code snippet" nothing happens. If you manually scroll the code a bit and then hit the button again the UI jumps to the top.

1. After navigating from code comment UI to file changes UI the code referenced by a selected code comment is not in viewport
2. Button "show commented code snippet" is not functional

Not sure which version introduced it. I noticted it in version 11.4.0 and it is still an issue in 11.5.2.
