I have referred the below URL to setup node-module cache for CI/CD. But there is following 2 difference which i am using.

1. I am using package.json file instead of package-lock.json in generate package checksum stage. is it fine if i am using this file?
2. I can see that export CI=TRUE command is using after npm install command but i am using npm install command in dockerfile not in pipeline file(.onedev-buildspec.yaml) so how where we can place the command?

Can you please look into it?
