We have projects for our customers with issues/tasks for each project. Sometimes, we want to discuss the task internally and we do not want the customer to see our internal discussion. For this reason we have a separate private project where we discuss customers' issues. To better track everything we link these customers' issues to our internal issues.
Customer does not have access to our internal issues, which is what we want. However, he can see links to the external project with a warning: **You are not authorized to access this issue". This does not make a good impression.
Ideally, we would like the customer to not see links to external issues to which he does not have access, but if this is not possible, at least, it would be better to remove the warning message. This way, he would see non-clickable links and that's it.
