Bug: Build folder name goes back to s000 after 1000 builds (OD-2157)

When the build number is higher than 1000, the folder name goes back to s000. This means it can maybe overwrite existing builds folder.

This is just the prefix folder. Sub folder with build number will be created under the prefix directory. So directory overwrite will not happen.
