Request to Enable "Guest" Users to Move Issues Between Projects (OD-2109)

Hello, good afternoon. I have a question: Is there a way for a user with "guest" status to move issues between projects? I’d like a "guest" user, if I give them issue reporter permissions, to be able to move issues to another project.

These are the options available to a "guest" user, but I would like them to also be able to move issues to another project:

Guest users are designed to exerpt from EE (enterprise edition) user counting, and hence with limited permissions.

You may create a normal role instead, and that will allow issue moves.
