I was wondering if there a way to get an overview of issues were a user hit the "play" button and currently working on?

Background: while I might be working on something at the moment, it might be necessary due to incoming, critical issues to switch my context immediatly and therefore would hit another play button. If one is not careful it would lead to a person double-booking time into the system. This could be prevented if I either get hinted that I have a running issue at the moment or have an overview, somewhat in the upper panel-bar left to my username. It could also be interesing to project owners to have an overview and eventually intervene if the person left it running and is out of office the next day.
