The source of my confusion is the installation docs.
In this docs, It seems to run under a non-root user， But there is no further description of non-root

OneDev may run as non-root, however, the user needs to has permission to run docker container for CI/CD builds.

Is it true that onedev-server has to be run under root, if not then how do I add a server docker executor under non-root, I've tried it and it has no permission to run docker.
