Board Drag&Drop does not work if Assignee filter is applied (OD-2077)

Hi Robin,

if a board is created with a base query or temporary query using an Assignees field (multiple) it is no longer possible to drag&drop the issues through their state.

this would be helpful to have a board reflecting issues only concerning me.
