Deleted Projects are not restored (OD-2026)

Hi One Dev Team

Thanks for building a fantastic product. We are loving every bit of it.

Some of the projects were deleted accidentally by Project Owner. We tried restoring latest backup but those project are giving an error of storage not found with a path to site folder.

How do we restore deleted projects completely if they are deleted accidentally.

OneDev does only backup the database. To backup repositories you need some external tool/script to do so.

Repository Backup

The sub directory site under OneDev' installation directory contains git repositories, attachments and other important data. It should be backed up periodically. You may use some volume backup tools or file sync tools for this purpose

If nobody in your team has a git clone of the project and you do not have a backup the project is lost.
