Css Links in new UI (OD-199)

Hi, I'm discovering the new OneDev UI, good look but some changes.

The css of all links in content is to close of the normal font so we don't recognize them in the first scan of screen. need a second time to view them.

Making these links highlighted will make the UI looks pretty ugly. Checkout github for the same design:

Nevertheless, I changed last update column to use a lighter color to distinguish it from other columns

It is more about distinguish links from non link content than make them highlight.

I will make normal text lighter to distinguish them.
