possible a bug: autotransition issue state fail (OD-1987)

Hi,

I created an auto-transition rule to change from In Progress to Open after one day of inactivity, but it seems to not being working.

Is something miss configured?

Just tested and works at my side. Please note that this rule will only be checked at night. So it may get some delay before being closed.
