Option to remove from current iteration when add to other iterations in issue board (OD-1973)

Hi,

When issues are already attach to an iteration, i want them to move to the next iteration and remove from the current one.

I think it's the most common use case.

An option will be added to remove issues from current iteration when add to other iteration. However it is recommended to preserve old iteration when add to new iteration to keep iteration history, as well as preserve history burndown chart.
