Disable milestones field (OD-1945)

For some projects (office operations) we do not need milestones feature and in particular we do not want to show the milestones field on the issues creation. This is confusing for back office team.

Is there a way to turn it off for a project?

Milestone is a core concept in issues and disabling it is cubersome.
