Sometimes we do cleaning and reorganizing work on the tasks and projects. This involved bulk changes to issues, which in turn generates tons of notifications, resulting in banning 1dev by the email server. Plus, notifications for bulk operations are not really needed or necessary.
Therefore, it makes sense to disable notifications in such a case.
Do you have a way to do this?
