Is there a way to be able to check who and when removed a comment to the issue? Also, being notified that comment was removed would be a good thing.

I've received a notification about a new comment and when I've opened a link "this link" to display comment in the context of the issue, I've got a page with comments but without this comment. It would be good to at least keep entry that there was a comment that was removed by someone and at specified time?
