Build preserve rules do not remove old builds (OD-1899)

I have configured 2 rules in a project with 2 build jobs. The preserve rules are as following:

"Job" is "Deploy" - 4
"Job" is "Mirror GitHub" - 1

But there are always a lot of "Mirror GitHub" jobs and more than 4 Deploy jobs. Do I miss something?

Build cleanup happens once a day at 2:00AM. Please make sure your server is running at that time.

Could this time be in configuration settings ?

Night is always preferred time for backup or server updates and so reboot. By allowing admin modify the running time for cleaning build to kind of issue could be avoided.
