Notifications list (OD-1887)

Some of our customers ask if there is a page or a list of all recent notifications. Apparently not all people monitor their emails often and they prefer to have 1dev website open all the time instead. And they would like to see all new notifications on the website.

Is there something like this available?

OneDev does not keep notification history. I think checking email history already serves this purpose.
