Npm install stuck (OD-1862)

Hello @robin I am using Kubernetes executor and running "npm i" using execute commands step. But it is getting stuck there indefinitely.

Please run the command in a local docker container directly to see if it still stucks. If yes, it is not a OneDev issue...

The same when I exec into the pod of onedev job and run "npm i" then it works perfectly.
