Cant access my new site (OD-1845)

I have migrate onedev site from a windows server to docker. After I created my images and run container, I upgraded as upgrade guid, than restore database. Now the container can run, but cant access. And this is server.log's content: io.onedev.server.OneDev Maintenance in progress, waiting...

Delete file maintenance in OneDev directory and try again.

Thanks, It has ran after I deleted maintenace. But, when I migrate, I forgot to change my database. And I change it to mysql now, and there is a new issue: when I try to restore database, it throw some exceptions as below: Incorrect string value: '\xE5\xAD\x98\xE6\x94\xBE...' for column 'o_description' at row 1

Please make sure your mysql database is using UTF8 encoding.
