how can i add ssh key by single repository (OD-1839)

likely in github.com/user/repository/settings/key, add ssh key for deploy single repository

No that option. You may create a user and assign it only the permission for that repository, and use ssh key of that user instead.

No plan to add this currently. As OneDev is target for selfhosting, and this can be addressed by adding a special user easily.
