Packages Preserve Rule (OD-1810)

Hi,

I build docker package from CI and CD job. CI Job is triggered on branch update (each commit) and by the end of the day, i can have 50 to 60Gio of docker images and so free space quickly disappear...

Could you implement a garbage collecting feature like the one for builds and build preserve rules ?

When build is removed, associated packages will also be removed. However the package blob storage will only be reclaimed after 24 hours.
