Cache of suggested gradle job not working (OD-1806)

现在版本是10.3.1。已经按最新的缓存配置，设置好。在gradle容器里构建jar包。但是最后在Settings/Builds/Cache Management里看到的缓存体积只有29 bytes

自动生成的模版有误。将cache路径改为 /home/gradle/.gradle/caches。如果有必要的话，.gradle下其他的目录也可以考虑cache。
