Push nuget package issue (OD-1772)

I am trying to migrate Nuget manager from Sonatype Nexus Repository to Onedev, and when I pusing a package, Onedev threw a Error code '400'. But when I try to pusing this package to Sonatype Nexus Repository, it was successed.

BTW, this package is one of a series packages，which different in the last number like 0.5.0, 0.5.1, 0.5.2, the "failure package" is 0.5.10. Hope that helpfule.
