Admin to login as a different user (OD-1757)

I am not sure if I am mistaken or I remember this functionality from a different system.

However, it seems to me that there was a feature in 1dev, which allowed admin to get into login of another user to access the system with his roles and permissions and see what the user has access to.

Is something like this possible in 1dev?
