UX/UI : fold by default job executor card (OD-1702)

Hi,

I have multiple job executor define in the administration panel. By default, each job executor card item in open, use large height and it can be difficult to reorder them or have a complete sight of all.

Could you set card fold by default.

I also feel inconvenience of editing multiple job editors, will investigate to see how to improve the usability.
