I have create a small list of more descriptive actions you are looking for:

•  Have the edit operation available on projects
•  Ability to add roles and labels to selected projects (does not remove current roles)
•  Ability to "set" roles and labels to selected projects (set roles to specified)

Do you have any other requests for this Improvement?

Possibly:

• setting parent project
• enabling/disabling timetracking/issues/code.

I'd suggest to do this via restful api.

As in batch process desired project via REST instead of adding an option to the UI?

It is somewhat difficult to arrange UIs to achieve functionalities like such uncommon operations. If you do need to do this frequently, write a program doing such things in batch can be an approach.

Fair enough.

I assumed that UI would be similar to batch-edit of issues (and maybe it could be re-used to some extend)

Sorry this will not be implemented due to reasons mentioned above.
