Using OneDev for a while now and if I have opened a single project in the UI I regularly click on issues if I really want to go to code -> pull requests. Somehow I find it unintuitive that pull requests are hidden under the code menu. I guess I see pull requests tightly coupled to issues and that is why I click the issues menu item fist from time to time. But I can also see the argument that pull requests merge code and thus is placed under the code menu.
I feel like it would be best to move pull requests to the top level of a project's menu just next to code and issues. Might also be more intuitive for people used to Github as they also have both next to each other in the global user menu (icons on the top right) and in project's menu. If moving pull requests to the project's top level menu, it would also be consistent to the global onedev menu.
