How to subscribe to notifications in all projects? (OD-1620)

I know this may be somewhat fringe use case, but I need to receive notifications about all updates in the system. I tried to go to main issue view (/~projects), click the bell icon on All and select Watch but afterwards I still don't receive any updates unless I'm specifically involved in the issue.

I though that it may not be inherited setting but even configuring it explicitly for the project I don't get notification on new issue.

I guess you mean /~issues

I just tested and it works. Note that all issues only covers those you have permissions to access. Also you will not receive any notification if the event is generated by yourself (open issue, add comment etc).

The issue was caused by using account with un-routable email - I added custom emails to it but one has to set explicitly which account should be used for notificaitons (hamburger menu next to email)
