Text filetype detected as binary (OD-158)

We have a project that consists mostly of rust code. Files with the .rs file extension are detected as binary, making PRs difficult at the moment and requiring a checkout to look at the code.

Perhaps it should be user configurable what filetypes are parsed as text and what aren't?
