.nu syntax highlighting (OD-1570)

Hi, Could you add syntax highlighting for .nu-files? .nu-files are the configuration and script files from nushell. https://www.nushell.sh/

OneDev relies on CodeMirror for syntax highlighting. Unless CodeMirror adds support for this, this may not get into OneDev in near future.
